Timber Cladding Species

The vast majority of Timber Claddings stocked and offered are of course machined / sawn from Softwood materials and these are of course more than suitable for most applications, especially so when pressure impregnated. However, in most cases the most durable and long lasting Timber Claddings are produced from Western Red Cedar, Siberian Larch, Thermowood (Heat treated Softwood) and Oak. Between them these ideally are the 'Timbers of Choice' for external Cladding, will of course be more expensive but in all cases superior to standard Softwood Cladding products.
